What I Ate ... For Dinner

Who loves Pizza? 

I certainly do; and even though I am on a predominately plant based diet, it doesn't mean I can't enjoy a Pizza Express dinner! 




The Vegan Giardiniera; with artichoke, closed-cup mushroom, red onion, and black olives. I asked for mine without any oil, and with extra spinach on a Romana base.

 Delicioso!
